4. Service Providers
Providers available through YallaTamam may operate independently. The provider performing the work may be responsible for completing the agreed service, tools and materials where applicable, confirming the final price, arrival, invoices or receipts, and any provider-specific warranty or guarantee.
Customers should confirm important service details directly before work begins.
5. Prices and Quotations
Prices shown on YallaTamam may be fixed, starting, estimated or indicative depending on the service. The final amount may vary based on the actual work, location, materials, duration, provider charges or other factors. Where a quotation is required, confirm the final amount before work begins.
6. Payments
Payment options may vary by service and provider. Payments may be made directly to a provider or through payment options made available by YallaTamam. Customers should verify the payment amount and recipient before paying. Additional payment-provider terms may apply to online payments.
7. Cancellations
Customers should cancel as early as possible when a service is no longer required. A cancellation charge may apply where a provider has already travelled, special materials have been purchased, work has started, or a cancellation fee was clearly communicated as part of the booking terms.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, payment method and applicable provider terms. A refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Where payment was made directly to an independent provider, that provider may be responsible for any agreed refund.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate service and location information, reasonable site access and disclosure of relevant job details. Customers should confirm scope and price before work begins and must not request unlawful or unsafe work.
10. Service Quality and Complaints
If there is a problem, customers should first explain the issue to the provider where appropriate. YallaTamam may ask for booking details, photographs, messages or other reasonable information and may help communication between the customer and provider. This does not automatically mean YallaTamam accepts responsibility for an independent provider's work.
11. Provider Availability and Timing
Arrival and completion times can be affected by traffic, weather, previous jobs, access and other circumstances. Times are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise.
12. Third-Party Services
YallaTamam may use or link to payment processors, maps, analytics, communication platforms and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Website Content
We aim to keep service descriptions, prices, images and other information useful and current, but they may change. Images can be illustrative and may not represent the exact provider, worker, equipment or final result.
14. Intellectual Property
The YallaTamam name, branding, logo, website design, written content and other original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be commercially copied or distributed without permission except where allowed by law.
15. Misuse of the Platform
Users must not damage, interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to YallaTamam systems or data. Fraudulent bookings, fake requests and abusive communications may result in access restrictions.
